LWomen's Only Fitness

Designed especially with women in mind, American Woman Fitness (women only) has a signature lines of the top fitness and strength equipment  available, free weights and more, all enclosed in a quiet atmosphere, secluded from the rest of The Club. The strength equipment is set up in an efficient circuit fashion, designed to work the entire body (including specialized equipment unique to the room that focuses on the abs, hips, glutes, and thighs).

This area is the perfect retreat for any woman looking for some extra privacy while also getting a complete strength training workout.
